Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and developan appropriate treatmentplan. Provideappropriate careand treatment to patients based on physician careplan, agencypolicyand professional standards of care. Experience instructing family members, PTA's, HomeHealth Aides, and other caregivers inappropriate physicaltherapy techniques. Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
