A growing company in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, finding qualified candidates, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for a variety of positions.
Create and manage online job postings.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Track recruiting activity and ensure timely follow-up.
Utilize recruiting tools, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates.
Assist with office projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
