About The Role

Natoe AI is hiring fellowship-trained, board-certified MSK radiologists to read remotely on our AI-native teleradiology platform. The platform integrates FDA-cleared MSK AI algorithms with subspecialty-matched workflow. Common MSK findings (meniscal tears, ACL injuries, labral pathology, rotator cuff tears, stress fractures) are AI pre-flagged before you open the study.

We route MSK volume across our facility partners exclusively to fellowship-trained MSK radiologists. You read MSK studies, not general radiology overflow.

What You Will Read

• Knee MRI (meniscus, ACL/PCL, articular cartilage, post-op)
• Shoulder MRI / MR arthrogram (rotator cuff, labrum, biceps, AC joint)
• Hip MRI / MR arthrogram (labral pathology, FAI, AVN, stress reactions)
• Spine MRI (when MSK fellowship covers it)
• Foot/ankle, wrist, and elbow MRI
• Sports imaging studies, post-surgical MSK MRI
• MSK ultrasound (when fellowship covers it)

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• ABR or AOBR board certification in diagnostic radiology
• Fellowship training in musculoskeletal radiology
• Active medical license in at least one US state (multi-state preferred)
• Active malpractice coverage (or willing to acquire)
• 2+ years post-fellowship experience preferred

Compensation

Per-read compensation with MSK subspecialty premium. Active full-time MSK radiologists on Natoe AI typically annualize $480,000 to $800,000+. Part-time and moonlighting scale proportionally.
