Occupational Health NP/PA – Contract Assignment | Blaine, WA | 4x10 Schedule An established onsite health clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with occupational health experience for a 17‑week contract assignment. This role supports a large industrial workforce and offers a structured, team‑based environment. Dates: May 11, 2026 – August 31, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Hours: 40 guaranteed weekly with possibility for extensions and/or perm employment Key Responsibilities Conduct medical surveillance reviews and clearances Perform DOT and pre‑employment physicals Provide first aid and initial injury evaluation and treatment Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff Team Environment You will work alongside a dedicated team including 2 RNs, 1 Medical Assistant and front office support. The clinic is structured for efficiency and strong patient flow management.
