Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $44/hr-$55/hr Hours: 35 hours per week, weekdays with flexibility Employment Type: Full-Time Location: SNF Center We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at the SNF Center. This is a full-time position with a critical need for a dedicated and compassionate therapist to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a Physical Therapist at our SNF Center, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities to help them achieve their goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including geriatric and post-acute care patients. Your primary goal will be to improve their physical functioning and quality of life through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. A current state license and CPR certification are also required. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
