Requirements:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Valid Wisconsin respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous hospital-based experience preferred
• Proficiency in performing respiratory assessments, interventions, and therapies
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care to patients across age groups in acute and critical care settings
• Evaluate, initiate, and monitor respiratory care therapies (ventilators, nebulizers, airway management, etc.)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and equipment usage
• Safely manage and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Accurately document all care provided and patient responses

$2,043 - $2,235/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
