At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Shift Leader role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Front of House Shift Leaders gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type: Full-time

This Is Not Just a Manager Job

This is a leadership role inside a high-performance restaurant.

As a Front of House Shift Leader, you will own the front of house during your shift—leading people, driving execution, and ensuring every guest's experience meets our standard.

What You Will Own:

  • Guest Experience and Hospitality: Model Chick-fil-A hospitality and provide a welcoming environment for all of our guests
  • Drive-Thru & Throughput Sales: Lead a high volume drive-thru that is consistently moving
  • Team Leadership: Lead from the line, coaching in real time
  • Shift Execution: Set positions and adjust as needed
  • Culture & Accountability: Set tone for discipline and teamwork

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Able to multi-task
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
