This Is Not Just a Manager Job

This is a leadership role inside a high-performance restaurant.

As a Front of House Shift Leader, you will own the front of house during your shift—leading people, driving execution, and ensuring every guest's experience meets our standard.

What You Will Own:

• Guest Experience and Hospitality: Model Chick-fil-A hospitality and provide a welcoming environment for all of our guests
• Drive-Thru & Throughput Sales: Lead a high volume drive-thru that is consistently moving
• Team Leadership: Lead from the line, coaching in real time
• Shift Execution: Set positions and adjust as needed
• Culture & Accountability: Set tone for discipline and teamwork
