ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and supporting one another. I began my career as an Agent Aspirant right out of college and worked as a team member for two years before opening my own agency.

For our team, we offer a Simple IRA with employer match, health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also enjoy early Fridays, team lunches during the holidays, and rotating half-days each month to support flexibility.

Our office culture is positive, supportive, and growth-driven. We’re looking for someone with a go-getter attitude and a strong growth mindset - someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a team that values both success and balance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taylor Lambert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
