A focus on providing care to patients with hematologic conditions is essential. The nurse will be responsible for administering chemotherapy and managing treatment protocols. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care is expected. Floating to other departments may be required based on staffing needs. Must have experience working in outpatient settings with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and respond to patient needs effectively is crucial. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations. Commitment to ongoing education in oncology nursing practices is expected.
