This role will implement process improvements, support project prioritization and execution, manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can provide guidance to project teams, champion continuous improvement, and step in to support project management activities as needed. Experience managing digital, website, and social media projects for pharmaceutical clients (DTC or HCP) in an agency is preferred.Responsibilities:Implementing, updating and maintaining project management processes and best practices based on business needsProviding guidance and support for all project management activities within the organizationMaintaining a project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage the execution of projectsInteracting with project stakeholders and managing stakeholder communicationOverseeing project risk management and developing strategies to manage and mitigate risksProviding project management training and mentoring to project managers and team membersConducting project reviews to assess outcomes of projects, identifying lessons learned, and making recommendations for future projectsSupporting day-to-day project management if neededQualifications:Bachelors degree requiredDemonstrates progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environmentAgency or digital project experience preferredExperience managing digital, website, and social media projects for pharmaceutical clients (DTC or HCP) in an agency preferredHighly organized with forward thinkingAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
