Compensation: $19 - $21 an hour, based on experience and education Requirements: CDA or higher; Director qualified Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files. Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement. Conduct tours and engage with families warmly. Clear a background check. Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations. Master the art of multitasking and time management. Embrace continuous learning in every scenario.
