Graduate Nurse Resident - ICU

Position: Graduate Nurse Resident in ICU, part-time role focused on patient care, coordination, and evaluation of care effectiveness. Responsibilities: Utilize nursing process, provide patient care, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, coordinate with other departments, and ensure adherence to mission and service standards. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintained actively. Preferred 1 year of RN experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
