Maintenance Associate

Job Overview: Pay Range: $17.00hr - $18.00hr Requirement/Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of work experience. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record. Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Stable employment history. General knowledge of industrial tools and equipment. Responsibilities: Support maintenance and shop operations. Follow established safety procedures and work instructions. Work under a structured mentor program until qualified to perform assigned duties independently. Participate in company-provided training and certifications. Maintain high standards of attendance, performance, and safety compliance. Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. Support initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability. Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision. Adhere to transactional discipline within business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Comply with organizational and divisional standards. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the Competency Management System. Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Work hours may vary based on customer demand and operational needs. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required. Nice to Have: Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment. Forklift experience / certification. Crane operation experience.
