Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months CVICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: Active ACLS certification from approved vendor, Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: Candidates must float to other designated units as required. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and will not be accepted during the first week of assignment. Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice. Candidates must provide a driver’s license to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred. Description: Candidates are required to wear black or navy scrubs. Strict adherence to all background check standards is mandatory. Profile requirements include a completed cover page, an updated resume detailing facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed. A CVICU skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months. Active license to practice must be verified within the last 30 days. Documentation of active certifications in BLS and ACLS is required. Documentation of a driver’s license is necessary.
