Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Associate at Walgreens Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Registers sales on assigned cash register; processes payments, returns, refunds. Maintains a clean and organized store environment and restocks merchandise. Provides customer service in the photo area and suggests promotional products. Assists with sales promotion and recommends add‑on items. Supports web pick‑up orders and manages the pick‑up area. Follows company asset protection procedures and state/local laws regarding regulated products. Attends training and completes required PPLs. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. At least 6 months experience in a retail environment. Prior work experience with Walgreens.
