Job Title: IT Data Analyst
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHR), patient management systems, and other healthcare databases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights to support patient care and operational improvements.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends in healthcare data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient outcomes and optimize resource utilization.
• Provide training and support to staff on data analysis tools and techniques.
• Other duties as assigned.
