Providing strategic leadership for client-facing operations, the full-time Director of Client Service Delivery will cultivate strong client relationships, drive satisfaction, and optimize service delivery processes in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with key client counterparts and communicate revenue cycle performance Design and develop presentations for client executives highlighting updates and performance analytics Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and improve performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 5 years in a management role Extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Epic consulting Proven track record of optimizing service delivery processes Ability to mentor and guide teams in building scalable self-monitoring processes
