Maintenance Technician II

Mandel is searching for a full-time apartment Maintenance Technician II to complete our team at The West Living and SoNa Lofts in West Allis, WI.In this role with Mandel, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiencies and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.Duties of a Maintenance Tech II include:Perform general maintenance services such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.Respond timely to resident maintenance work order requests and notify management upon completion of requests or of pending work order needs.Be available to work on-call hours in a rotation, which will include some weekends and night work.Keep amenity areas in clean and operable condition.
