Job Title Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) – Sally Beauty 03668 Overview As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Our mission is to empower customers to express themselves through hair, with a focus on creating a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to help you succeed, and you bring your passion and personality to the role. Responsibilities Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. Support a variety of working schedules to meet store needs. Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Long periods of standing and walking; bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities. Frequent lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or records; working around moving parts, carts, or machines; occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
