Responsibilities: This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees. Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers. Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics. Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales. Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements. Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance. Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. 1 year of supervisory experience. Ability to effectively motivate others. Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
