Your Framework: Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries Perform job costing and track project budgets, expenses, and profitability Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate financial tracking Manage subcontractor payments and lien releases Handle vendor invoicing and payment processing Support year‑end audit and tax preparation Your Blueprint to Success: Reside in Long Beach or surrounding area preferrable Proven experience as a bookkeeper in the construction industry Strong proficiency in BIS Software is highly preferred Solid understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset What You Need to Do Now: If you’re ready to join a company that’s shaping skylines and building long‑term success, click “Apply” today.
