Transform the everyday with us Position Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – LEAN team at Fort Worth, TX site. Shift Hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hourly Rate $25.00 - $35.75 per hour Basic Qualifications 2+ years in a manufacturing facility. Familiarity with basic Lean principles (i.e. 6S, 7 Waste, Kaizen, Problem Solving). Proficient in hand and power tools for installation of electro‑mechanical equipment. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Two‑year technical degree or equivalent. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and deliver trainings. 4+ years supporting manufacturing in a tech role. Experience in safely operating powered industrial vehicles. Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications. SAP Knowledge or equivalent ERP systems. Responsibilities Demonstrate curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. Take ownership of tasks and proactively seek improvement opportunities. Support or lead Lean initiatives, training and continuous improvement activities. Contribute to the design of efficient layouts and material flows to optimize productivity. Develop standards and work instructions to ensure consistency in production processes. Conduct problem investigations, root cause analysis, solution implementation, and follow‑up. Assist with the set‑up of production lines and processes, including hands‑on activities. Collaborate with manufacturing, contractors, and suppliers from project implementation. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
