Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to enable scalable Agile practices while ensuring compliance, transparency, and timely execution across complex programs.

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end delivery execution across Agile teams supporting enterprise banking platforms.

Ensure alignment between Agile delivery and broader program objectives, milestones, and governance standards.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Track sprint and program-level progress against defined milestones and deliverables.

Maintain centralized reporting and dashboards for status, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and financial tracking.

Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve impediments and delivery risks.

Ensure accurate and timely communication of progress to senior stakeholders.

Manage cross-team dependencies and integration points in complex environments.

Support capacity planning, resource alignment, and delivery forecasting.

Uphold governance standards including documentation, audit readiness, and compliance adherence.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or structured execution roles.

Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; SAFe preferred.

Experience with delivery tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks.

Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboard tools.

Demonstrated experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Experience supporting financial tracking, budgeting awareness, or resource planning.

Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise technology delivery.

Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial services.

Experience in large-scale financial institutions or highly regulated industries.

SAFe or Scrum Master certifications such as CSM or PSM.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.

Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and cost oversight.

Experience working in multi-team or program-level delivery environments.

Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.

Experience coordinating global or distributed teams.

Ability to operate between team-level execution and program-level oversight with strong structure and transparency.
