A minimum of 10 years' experience in capital markets or trading desk environments, with at least 5 years dedicated to fixed income portfolio management, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of interest rate analytics, derivatives, and their application in portfolio management. Proficiency in Bloomberg is essential, and experience with derivative products for hedging or portfolio positioning is a key requirement. The ideal candidate will also have a solid grasp of the credit union industry, including balance sheet management and regulatory considerations.
