What You'll Do

As Service Manager, you'll build on a strong foundation and help take the department to the next level:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors
• Set ambitious goals for the department and build the systems to hit them
• Bring organization and consistency to day-to-day service operations
• Deliver a customer experience that matches the energy already coming from our sales floor
• Work closely with dealership leadership to keep momentum building across the store

What We're Looking For

• Experience in automotive service management preferred, but we will train the right person with relevant industry or leadership experience
• An ambitious mindset and a genuine desire to grow into more responsibility over time
• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to set and chase down goals
• A leader who can build trust and accountability within a team
• A team-first attitude that fits our family-oriented culture
