Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist Location: Doral, FL (Onsite) We are partnering with a well-established, growing organization in the distribution and manufacturing space seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and has experience working with supplier invoicing and 3-way matching processes. Position Overview The Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of products and services. This position collaborates closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to reconcile discrepancies, streamline processes, and maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Perform 3-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices) to validate billing Reconcile invoices against sales orders and resolve discrepancies Partner with internal teams to obtain approvals and ensure invoices are released promptly Investigate and resolve billing issues with a sense of urgency Maintain organized and accurate billing records in compliance with company standards Enter and manage data in Excel, including tracking and reporting Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing efficiency Assist with document management and records retention What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing within a high-volume environment Background in distribution, manufacturing, or supplier-based operations strongly preferred Hands‑on experience with 3-way matching Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data tracking) Experience working with ERP systems is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why This Opportunity Join a stable and growing organization with strong industry presence Collaborative team environment with cross‑functional exposure Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr CAREERXCHANGE, Inc.
