Dental Assistant - Temp(Up to 40 hours/week)Generations Family Health Center, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center covering a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut with sites located in Willimantic, Danielson, Putnam and Norwich. We are expanding our team and welcome Dental Assistants to join our dedicated staff. As a Dental Assistant with Generations, you have the opportunity to support dental care for patients of all ages.Dental Locations: Willimantic & Putnam, CTRESPONSIBILITIES: The Dental Assistant will:assist with coordination of patient flowprepare patients for examination and proceduresResponsible for chair-side assistance during examination and treatment of patients (e.g., performing four-handed dentistry, evacuation, retracing, mixing material and exchanging instruments)Responsible for cleaning and sterilizing dental equipmentkeeping inventory of dental suppliessome administrative functions, such as filing of lab reports/lab tracking and scanning, contacting patients regarding appointmentsCompletion of Dental Assistant training program (certificate/diploma) OR 3 years’ experience as a Dental AssistantDANB (Dental Assistant National Board) certifications:Infection Control (ICE) – including maintenance of CT infection control continuing education requirementRadiation Health and Safety (RHS) trainingCPR certificationTO APPLY: Interested applicants should submit resume to:Our Careers Page: 860-456-1293Email: View email address on click.appcast.io: Generations, Attn: Human Resources, 40 Mansfield Ave., Willimantic, CT 06226Generations Family Health Center is an equal opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity. - EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
