Target Range: $20.00 - $23.50

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Within Loan Servicing, lead daily escrow administration/operations. Responsibilities:

• Assign exceptions and data integrity errors to staff and monitor completion to ensure completed timely and accurately. Develop and enhance monitoring reports.
• Research, delegate and resolve internal/external escalations. Provide direction, guidance and measurement tools to the department to ensure that operations meet service level agreements.
• Perform quality control reviews on operations staffs daily work to ensure compliance with regulatory, compliance. Providing feedback and coaching when needed.
• Review of department processes and procedures; provide ongoing training and updates. Identify operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ Years of related experience.

• Ability to analyze various reports

• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and ability implement process improvements

• Ability to manage escalations

• Ability to lead by example
