Shift Leader Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to lead our team in providing exceptional guest service and coaching for our restaurants across the NY Metro area. Responsibilities Create a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests and team members by treating others fairly and with respect Lead and coach the team to operational excellence, promoting open communication and accountability Prepare products according to Metro’s operation, quality and safety standards and maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards during the shift Make decisions based on strong values and behaviors Have prior experience working in a quick‑service restaurant Commit to working 15–30 hours per week Show enthusiasm for Team Metro and our Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin’ Robbins brands Qualifications Prior experience in a quick service or similar restaurant environment Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Benefits We offer competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour, flexible part‑time scheduling, career development opportunities, a supportive team culture, and eligibility for our rewards & recognition program.
