BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Basketball Instructors to lead fun and engaging basketball programs for elementary-aged students throughout Loxahatchee, FL .

Whether you#39;re an experienced basketball coach, former player, teacher, youth sports coach, college student, or simply someone who enjoys working with children, we#39;d love to hear from you.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Afternoon after-school hours

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided

• In-person position in Loxahatchee

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging basketball sessions for elementary students

• Teach age-appropriate basketball fundamentals and skills

• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior

• Follow BBA#39;s structured curriculum and activities

• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment

• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students

• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development

• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

Qualifications

• Basketball playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5

• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Loxahatchee

• Dependable and punctual

• Positive and energetic attitude

• Must successfully complete the required Palm Beach County School District background check and fingerprinting process
