Role Overview Conduct advanced financial, operational, and labor analyses Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial and cashflow reports Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership Review labor trends and business performance metrics Lead annual operating and capital budget preparation Partner with department leaders to gather data and improve reporting Reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer .
