What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery Prepare patients for surgical procedures and support pre‑op assessments Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures Monitor patients throughout operative and recovery phases Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care Schedule Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8‑hour shifts Call required What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN required) Current Illinois RN license Current BLS certification required OR experience preferred New graduates welcome to apply Why Join Gateway?
