Maintenance Clerk

Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime. * Assist the Maintenance Manager in tracking equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Collaborate with the mechanics team to prioritize urgent repairs and routine maintenance tasks. * Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs. * Support the implementation of safety protocols to protect our team and equipment. * Communicate effectively with team members to relay important updates and changes in maintenance plans. Qualifications: * Experience in coordinating maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operations. * Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities. * Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including mechanics. * Strong organizational skills to manage inventory of parts and supplies efficiently. * Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. * Excellent communication skills to relay updates and changes in maintenance plans. * Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
