About the Role:

Stainless Works is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist who understands performance vehicles and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will serve as the primary link between our customers, sales team, and production floor—handling everything from order entry to troubleshooting fitment issues and processing warranty claims.

If you have a background in automotive parts, mechanical aptitude, and a talent for high-accuracy administrative work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Accurately enter, audit, and track custom and distributor orders using our ERP system; communicate production lead times and shipping schedules.
• Technical & Warranty Support: Process Warranty Claims and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), evaluating fitment issues and coordinate replacement parts or repairs with engineering and shop supervisors.
• Customer Care: Field inbound phone calls and email inquiries from dealers, distributors, and retail customers regarding product compatibility, order status, and technical specifications.
• Transaction Processing: Process payments, verify order completeness, and resolve shipping discrepancies efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer support, warranty processing, or order management experience (preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or the automotive industry).
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with performance exhaust, off-road equipment, or general automotive systems.
• Strong computer proficiency with experience in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to diffuse difficult customer or warranty situations calmly and professionally.
