QA Engineer - Aerospace

Job Description A well established and growingaerospace manufacturer with a reputation for stability and a team that cares about their people is hiring a Quality Engineer to help lead their quality management system into its next stage of growth. What You'll Do: Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and process specifications Build and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods Lead internal audits to prepare the team for external certification reviews Support the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards Review engineering drawings to identify key characteristics and critical items Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to drive measurable improvements Monitor, test, and inspect products to confirm they meet all specified standards What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Demonstrated experience in a similar quality role, preferably within aerospace or defense manufacturing Experience working within ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap strongly preferred Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required Must be a U.S. person as defined by federal export control regulations What's In It For You: Competitive salary with performance bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Holidays A stable, growing company where people build long term careers This role is moving fast and will be filled quickly.
