Job Title: Packaging Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

You'll work closely with your team to set up machinery, maintain quality standards, and troubleshoot issues, all while contributing to the company's growth and success.


What You'll Do
As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Physically count parts efficiently for packaging
• Apply appropriate labels to boxes, packaging or individual parts
• Set up and maintain automated equipment
• Operate automated equipment to count and package finished parts
• Report to supervisor any necessary information if problems arise or if machines are not in good working order
• Clean up work area


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail to identify quality issues
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
• Reliable and punctual with a focus on safety and efficiency

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Springfield, Oregon, with work hours from 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. It offers a consistent daytime schedule perfect for those seeking reliable daytime employment.
