Minimum 1 year of experience in Operating Room Open Heart nursing; additional experience in similar specialties is valued. The position is located in Palo Alto, California. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with open heart surgeries and critical care settings. Additional Information: The role requires the ability to quickly adapt to high-pressure situations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge. Strong communication skills and the ability to teach and mentor others are also desired.
