Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Verve Wellness, you will:

- Utilize a billing service that efficiently handles claims processing, client management, insurance accounts receivable, benefits verification, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care. \n
- Provide tailored individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of emotional and psychological concerns. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment notes, ensuring compliance with organizational and professional standards. \n
- Manage scheduling of ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize client engagement. \n
- Demonstrate expertise in managing diverse clinical presentations and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet individual client needs. \n
Your work will involve engaging with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their personal challenges, improve their mental health, and enhance their quality of life. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n
- Must possess a current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in Virginia. \n

- Excellent time-management skills, with the capability to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain a healthy workload. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nThis full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. In addition, we provide:
