VP Health Systems/Provider Sales

This is an autonomous division within Sword Health’s care delivery business, with its own product, engineering, sales and marketing teams. But it remains deeply connected to our clinical and operational roots—because every solution we offer was built to solve a real problem we’ve lived ourselves. What you’ll be doing: Prospect, educate, and close complex sales opportunities with health systems and providers. Develop and clearly articulate value propositions tailored to payer partners. Partner with internal subject‑matter experts to advance deals, develop sales materials, and address complex customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with health plan leaders and key stakeholders. Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and performance tracking. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Implementation) to successfully close deals and support long‑term account success. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings as a sales ambassador. Leverage health plan industry knowledge to identify and access new business opportunities. Share insights, best practices, and learnings with peers to contribute to overall team success. What you need to have: 7–10+ years of sales or business development experience, with strong exposure to health systems/providers. Solid understanding of the health system and providers market. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to independently manage deals and maintain senior‑level customer relationships. Experience supporting financial modeling and contract negotiations in partnership with internal teams. Comfort working in evolving markets and adapting sales approaches as needed. Self‑motivated, accountable, and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment; proactive, strategic, and solutions‑oriented. Collaborative mindset with interest in learning, growing, and working cross‑functionally. Strong work ethic paired with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues. These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
