Emergency Department Snapshot

• 36-bed ED within a 250-bed hospital
• Level II Trauma Center with dedicated trauma support
• Approximately 86,000 annual visits
• 63 hours/day physician coverage (overlapping schedules)
• 50 hours/day APC coverage
• 2.0 to 2.3 patients per hour
• Extensive specialty backup: oncology, transplant, cardiovascular, robotic surgery, NICU, and more
• Two affiliated FSEDs: St. David's Emergency Center Bee Cave and St. David's Emergency Center Bastrop
