You'll work closely with providers to deliver exceptional, efficient care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities * Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits * Perform clinical tasks such as vitals, injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy * Document accurately in Epic EMR * Support patient education and ensure excellent experience * Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment * Collaborate across teams to achieve quality and value-based care goals Skills & Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of medical assisting or primary care experience preferred (not required) * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Epic EMR * Excellent communication and patient interaction skills * Reliable, professional, and team-oriented * Able to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages Who We Are MY DR NOW is Arizona's largest privately owned primary care group, offering a variety of services to patients of all ages, including primary care, immediate care, and more - on a schedule that works for our patients.
