Key responsibilities Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining optimal posting and interaction strategies Measure key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic to assess community health Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech Strong understanding of SEO and how language models cite sources Ability to create engaging content that makes complex topics relatable and authentic Experience in building and managing active online communities A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust rather than quick wins
