Flexible inpatient and outpatient mix; physicians choose their preferred balance Well-established private psychiatry practice with 31 providers and strong retention Outpatient caseload typically 3 - 4 afternoons per week with 6 - 12 patients per session Inpatient morning rounds Monday - Friday; lower census expected for child psychiatrists Approximately 1:4 weekend call rotation Dedicated nursing and full administrative support including billing and credentialing Child and adolescent fellowship training required; board-certified preferred J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail
