The team is responsible for providing assistance across the facility in collaboration with core staff members. This role involves high-stakes situations and requires the ability to act quickly and effectively. Candidates must have extensive experience in critical care settings. Compassion and the ability to work well with other healthcare professionals are essential traits. The position requires a strong skill set in handling cardiac arrests, trauma, and other critical interventions.
