What You'll Do: Provide nursing care to participants and carry out physician orders Assess medical needs, safety risks, and overall well-being Develop and update care plans in compliance with MassHealth and DPH regulations Supervise and support nursing staff in daily care activities Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment for participants Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient safety, and care standards What You'll Need: ​Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts CPR & First Aid certification At least 1 year of nursing experience (geriatric or related setting preferred) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a care team Comfort using EHR systems and basic computer application Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods. Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues. Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
