Concept Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) to join our long-term care pharmacy team in Washington, PA. You’ll work in an established pharmacy environment supporting skilled nursing, assisted living, and other healthcare facilities throughout Pennsylvania.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Pennsylvania pharmacist interested in long-term care pharmacy, clinical medication management, and working collaboratively with healthcare providers and facility teams.
What You’ll Do
Review, verify, process, and dispense medication orders accurately and efficiently
Provide clinical pharmacy support to long-term care facilities and healthcare providers
Conduct medication regimen reviews and help identify medication-related concerns
Supervise IV admixture preparation within our sterile compounding environment
Support medication inventory management and delivery coordination
Serve as a pharmacy resource for facility staff and providers
Help ensure pharmacy operations meet applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD)
Experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist in a long-term care, institutional, or community pharmacy setting
Knowledge of IV compounding and USP standards
Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service
