Desktop Support Technician

Contract-to-Hire | Full-time | On-site M–F 8am–5pm

About the Role

You’ll be joining a 7-person Desktop Support team that supports a large mix of corporate users, manufacturing operations, logistics, and a nationwide field sales team.

This role includes supporting approximately 1,000–2,000 users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You’ll split your work between:

• Deskside support (50%)

• Help desk and ticket-based support (50%)

This position is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of corporate IT support experience who enjoys hands-on work and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices

• Perform device imaging, builds, deployments, and workstation setups

• Provide on-site deskside support for break/fix and configuration needs

• Manage tickets through ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems

• Support both on-site corporate users and remote field staff

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service

Top Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• Strong macOS troubleshooting (hardware & software)

• 2–5 years of IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment

• Experience supporting 1,000–2,000+ users

• Mix of deskside and help desk support

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• A+ Certification

• Windows 10/11 support
