Job Description:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
• Data Warehousing experience
• Data/Business Analyst experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Scrum Master experience
• Ability to perform a dual role as Scrum Master and Data/Business Analyst
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand end-to-end data flows, identify dependencies, assess risks.
• and develop actionable plans to ensure successful delivery

Nice-to-Have:

• Healthcare payer experience.
• Experience with Claims, Provider, Pharmacy, and Care Management data domains.
• Experience working in GCP or another cloud environment.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or SAFe).
• Experience with JIRA.
