About the Company Senior Connections is hiring a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and assisted living (ALF) communities throughout Western Washington (Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle, Bellingham, Vancouver). This is meaningful, relationship-based work with a medically complex and often underserved population. Why This Work Matters You will serve older adults navigating: Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) Anxiety Disorders Adjustment Disorders Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Behavioral disturbance Grief and end-of-life transitions Dementia and cognitive impairment Loss of independence and adjustment to long-term care Our services are Medicare and Medicaid funded , creating a consistent referral stream and sustainable clinical model. The Role Provide on-site psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) ACT DBT-informed interventions Person-Centered Therapy Health Psychology and integrated behavioral health approaches You will collaborate within interdisciplinary medical teams, including: Physicians Nursing staff Social services Rehabilitation teams This position offers high clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong interdisciplinary integration. Schedule & Compensation Flexible schedule 2–5 days per week Part-Time and Full-Time positions available Competitive compensation ($120,000+) Full time clinicians are offered additional benefits (IRA contribution, health care stipend, CEU reimbursement, etc) Autonomy in caseload and schedule Qualifications Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington State (or license eligible) Experience in medical settings, VA, hospital systems, community mental health, or integrated care preferred Interest in geropsychology & health psychology Willingness to work in SNF, LTC, or assisted living environments Why Join Senior Connections?
