Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current and active SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly valued
• Prior school-based SLP experience, especially with high school populations, is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with students’ needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for assigned caseload
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute your expertise
• Offer guidance to staff and families about speech-language development and resources
